I know from experience that it can be challenging to place your trust in someone you do not know and to share your issues of online porn addiction or sex addiction with them, especially if counselling is new to you. I therefore aim to make the process as easy and accessible for you so that you feel safe, comfortable and empowered. It is important to me that you can talk about your sensitive issues without feeling judged or shamed. To me each client is an individual requiring a treatment program that is unique to them. We will jointly find the underlying causes to assist you in finding ways of coping that are better for you.
